Semieta - Contractor Manager - Tracer Edition <-top->
If you operate an estate of buildings over a wide area then Semieta Contractor Manager Tracer edition is an ideal solution for keeping a check of contractor labour costs, it has all of the features and benefits of Semieta Contractor Manager, with an additional feature that enables organisations to install low cost Internet based Log on and Log off remote site card readers.  Simply put, when a contactor arrives at site at the start of the work he logs into the Semieta Contractor Manager system by the use of a swipe card and entering the job number on to the in built numeric keypad of the card reader, when the work is complete the contractor logs out of site in the same way, thus ensuring that only the actual time onsite is recorded and more importantly, that one of the most important components of one worker practice is fulfilled, and true labour times are recorded.

Semieta - Contractor Manager - Lansfield Edition <-top->
Semieta Contractor Manager, Lansfield edition has all the features and benefits of Semieta Contractor Manager, Instant, with an additional feature that enables organisations to print work permits direct from their desktop.

While having the ability to create day to day jobs and ensuring that only validated and properly trained companies and contractors are allowed to work on the site, the system has the ability to record Job documents against the
job record. For example this could be a method statement or risk assessment or indeed any document which me be referenced later.

Work permits or Permit's to work, can be individually defined by the company and recorded against the job record, so that when a contractor arrives on site they must complete the assigned permit before work can start.
Once the job is created in the Semieta Contractor Manager software, it will sit in a queue ready to be activated, simultaneously an email will automatically be sent to the contractor signifying that the job has been
approved and that work can commence.  Triggering the job in to Job in progress status is a simple procedure carried out either by the job originator activating the job from their desk top or by the contractor logging into the system when they arrive at site using an identity card.

While the job is in progress, that indicates that someone is on site working on the job, when the last contractor logs out of the system for that particular job, the system will automatically place the job in the approved job queue. From this queue the job can be completed, and whilst completing the job the user can rate the job and pass comment on the overall performance of the contractor. This information is useful for analysis when reviewing maintenance contracts. More data is gathered for reporting on and in particular the contractor attendance, with this information the
organisation can analyse the time spent on a particular job.

Additional Features

  • Issue and monitor Permits to work

Additional Benefits

  • No expensive pre-printed permit to work forms
  • User can define and modify each permit to suit the requirements of the job
  • Work In progress recorded on the system until the permit is cancelled.
