Semieta - Visitor Manager
It has become increasingly important for organisations to record and monitor exactly who is on their premises at all times to ensure the health, safety and security of visitors and employees. Semieta Visitor Manager is an easy-to-use, highly efficient system that manages people and their site attendance information accurately and securely.

You can register on arrival or pre-register your visitors' details from your desktop or over the intranet, storing records in the system's database and enabling the recall of records at any time to create identification passes. Semieta Visitor Manager handles the entire process from visitor data entry through to printing branded badges. The system is configurable to meet your individual requirements. It incorporates facilities for creating barcodes and photographs for additional security as well as generating site maps and health & safety information.

The system's database is integrated with Semieta Contractor Manager to produce contractor identification passes and can be integrated with Semieta Resource Manager to allocate parking spaces and room bookings.
